No. Every plan runs month-to-month. Day passes and hourly conference room bookings need no signup at all.

What does the internet connection actually look like?

Dedicated fiber, wired drops at every desk, separate SSID for guests. We publish live uptime stats on the member dashboard.

How is pricing structured?

Per seat, per hour, per day, or per month. Rates are listed on the Services page — no quote requests, no hidden fees.

Is parking available nearby?

Two paid garages are within a block. Street parking is metered. The building is two minutes from the 23rd St subway station.
